We’re here to make any cancellations, returns or refunds as smooth, respectful and timely as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment:

If the order or the item(s), you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by reaching out to us at:

Once your request is verified and accepted, your order will be cancelled and a refund will initiated.

Cancellation After Shipment:

orders cannot be cancelled, once they have been shipped or dispatched.

Order Cancellations by Rey of Light:

We take great pride in fulfilling every order and strive to maintain accurate stock visibility on our Website. However, in the rare event we may need to cancel an order, either partially or in full due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

  1.   Unavailability of a product
  2.   Product not meeting our quality standards
  3.   Logistics constraints
  4.   Any other reason not attributable to the customer 

In such cases, we may contact you via phone, email or SMS to inform you if necessary. We may supply a reduced quantity or cancel the order entirely with prior notice. In either case, a full or partial refund will be processed accordingly.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If you’ve received a defective/wrong product, you may initiate a request for return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:

Step 1: Email hello@reyoflightcandles.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear video of the unpacking, photos of the product and invoice

Step 2: Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup within 2–4 business days.

Step 3: Once the product received in its original condition (unopened, unused, with tags/labels intact), request for return or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Returns or replacement are only accepted if the product is:

  •           Wrongly Received
  •           Received in damaged condition
  •           Returned in original packaging, with unbroken seals, no signs of use, and includes any gifts or accessories shipped with it.

Important Note:

1. All Return and replacement requests are subject to the sole discretion of Forspace Homes LLP.

2. Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned Product, we will initiate a replacement subject to stock availability.

3. If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is used, altered, or damaged
  • Original packaging, labels, or seals are missing or tempered
  • Return initiated after 48 hours from delivery
  • Product was offered as a free gift
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Candle jars that show signs of use or wax burn
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or exposure to heat

Refund Timelines & Methods

Once your cancellation request or returned product has been approved, we initiate the refund process within 24–48 business hours. The mode of refund depends on your original method of payment:

• Credit Cards / Debit Cards / UPI / Wallets

  • Refunds will be credited directly to the original source of payment used at checkout.
  • After processing, it may take an additional 5-7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider) for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

• Net Banking / Bank Transfer

  • For transactions completed via net banking, refunds will be made to the same bank account.
  • If for any reason the original payment method is not viable, we will request alternate bank details for processing via NEFT.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds for COD transactions will be processed via bank transfer only.
  • You must share the following details via email to process the refund:
    • Full Name
    • Bank Name
    • Account Number
    • IFSC Code
  • The refund will be initiated within 2–4 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • Please allow an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

2. Discount Vouchers & Promotional Codes

  • Discount vouchers and promo codes used during the original transaction are intended for one-time use only.
  • In the event of cancellation or return, these vouchers will be marked as used and are non-refundable.
  • They will not be re-issued, even if the order is cancelled or refunded in part or full.
  • If a promotional offer had conditional eligibility (e.g., spend ₹1000 to get ₹100 off), and the return lowers your cart value below the threshold, the voucher benefit will be reversed during refund processing.

Return of Complimentary Products

Any free gift or sample included with your order must also be returned if the primary product is being refunded or exchanged.
