Once upon a time, a little 5-year-old named Rey decided that candles were like “tiny suns in jars.” With crayons in one hand and big dreams in the other, Rey began making candles that spark joy. Today, every candle is still handcrafted with love by Rey and his little elves, so when you light one, you’re really lighting a piece of Rey’s imagination.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured using natural soy wax blends and premium fragrance oils. No nasties, no toxins—just clean-burning, eco-friendly candles that fill your space with warmth and wonder.
Are your candles safe?
Yes! Our candles are non-toxic, phthalate-free, and carefully tested. They’re safe for cosy corners, bedtime stories, and even gifting to your dearest ones.
How do I care for my candle?
Think of your candle as a little friend—it needs care:
Trim the wick before lighting (about ¼ inch).
Let the wax pool reach the edges before blowing it out (so it remembers to shine evenly next time).
Don’t let it burn for too long—candles get tired too (3–4 hours is perfect).
How long do the candles burn?
Each candle burns differently depending on its size, but most last 25 to 60 hours. That’s hours and hours of golden light, quiet evenings, and happy hearts.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We believe a candle is a gift of light. Every order is wrapped thoughtfully, and you can even add a personalized note to make it extra magical. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, or just-because gifting.
Do you do bulk or corporate gifting?

Do you ship across India?
Yes—we ship pan-India! Whether you live by the sea, in the mountains, or in a bustling city, Rey’s candles will find their way to your doorstep. However, some specialty candles are currently only available in Delhi NCR.
How long will my order take to arrive?
I process orders within 2-3 working days and they typically reach you in 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Oh dear—that’s not the story we want you to have. If your candle reaches you damaged, just share a photo with us within 24 hours, and we’ll happily replace it.
What’s your return & refund policy?
Since every candle is handcrafted and personal, we don’t accept general returns. But if your candle arrives damaged, or if we send the wrong one by mistake, we’ll make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes! I use recyclable packaging and design everything thoughtfully to reduce waste because I care about our planet.
Can I customize a candle?
Yes—some collections allow personalized candle labels (names, initials, or short notes). It’s like bottling up a memory in wax.
